Abiodun Dominic Odunuga is a Nation Builder,Youth
Development Advocate,Sustainable Developement Consultant,an Entrepreneur,Public
Speaker and an International Youth Ambassador for Peace.
He is the Project Manager for iBreathe,an organization based
in Lagos with a branch in the United States set out to empower youths with
platforms for development beyond academic degrees.
He also serves as the Project Manager of Youth Vision
Alliance Network,a youth-led organization whose primary objective is connected
with sustainable development and to empower youths with sustainable leadership
skills that will enable them effectively address the lack in human capital
development, gender & health and the looming climate change crisis.
Abiodun is also a Director and Project Coordinator of
Business Management Consortium,an organization set out to combat the challenges
of Unemployment by promoting entrepreneurship and social entrepreneurship in
Nigeria with successful track records.
His engagement in Developmental Issues has made his impacts
transverse beyond the shores of Nigeria and Africa which has made him to be
selected as a Youth Ambassador for a Peace with other twenty- five youths
around the world by the Universal Peace Wheel and Emerging Futures Youth
Network.
He is a member and active representative of some leading
world organizations such as 350,Earth Charter Institute and many more.
In 2012, Abiodun was present at the biggest United Nations
Conference in history(Rio+20) held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil in June,2012 as a
Nigeria Youth Representative and Delegate of different National and
International organizations where he engaged with world leaders,stake
holders,and youth delegates around the world to defend and chart the future of
the world regarding Sustainable Development across sectors such as
Education,Health,Environment,Renewable Energy,etc.
As a delegate,he has represented the continent of Africa on
accredited platforms at different times.
Recently, Mr. Abiodun was invited to the 1st ever
Commonwealth Conefernce on Education and Training of Youth Workers in
Pretoria,South Africa as a speaker where he joined a host of other seasoned
International speakers to make a presentation and facilitate a workshop.
A mentor to many youths within and outside Nigeria.

Dr. Kayode Ogungbuiyi
Dr. Kayode Ogungbuyi is a Human Resources Management
Practitioner with over 25 years experience in General Administration, Manpower
Development and Training, Recruitment, Compensation and Planning. He was until
his resignation in December 2003, the Senior Manager in charge of Manpower
Development & Training at Cadbury Nigeria Plc.
Specialising in Entrepreneurship & Enterprise
Education, Employment Law & Labour Relations, Occupational Health and
Safety Management, and WorkPLACE Productivity Improvement, his areas of
interest are on the impact of Merger and Acquisitions on Human Resources and
Organisational Culture; the impact of technology on employee’s sustainable
employment; enterprise education for job / wealth creation, poverty
eradication, gender balance, Cleaner Production, and the socio-economic impact
of environmental activities.
An accomplished Facilitator, Mr. Ogungbuyi
participated in the 1st Summer Academy on Sustainable Enterprise
Development organised by the International Labour Organisation (ILO), at the
International Training Centre, Turin, Italy in September 2008; where he had
practical experience on Value Chain Analysis, Assessment and Design. He has
presented Papers at Conferences, Workshops and Seminars organised by several
reputable organisations amongst which are the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), the Nigerian Deposit Insurance
Corporation (NDIC), the Institute of Chartered Accountants of
Nigeria (ICAN), the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), the Chartered Institute of
Personnel Manager of Nigeria (CIPMN), the Manufacturers’ Association
of Nigeria (MAN), the Nigerian Employers’ Consultative Association
(NECA) and the Nigerian Institute of Training and
Development (NITAD).
He is the president of the Nigerian Institute of
Training and Development (NITAD), and is presently the Chairman
of the Membership Committee of the Nigerian Institute of Training and
Development (NITAD). He was also a Vice-Chairman of the Training and
Special Programmes Committee of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Manager of
Nigeria (CIPMN).
Between 1989 and 1991, whilst in the employ of Rank
Xerox Nigeria Limited, Mr Ogungbuyi coordinated the implementation of the
Leadership through Quality (LTQ), a global Quality improvement initiative of
Xerox Corporation of America and its subsidiaries which resulted in winning the
Baldridge Prize for Quality. He was the Vice-Chairman of the Business Process
Re-engineering (BPR) Team which was responsible for streamlining the Company’s
functional processes post- LTQ implementation in Nigeria.
He was a Consultant on a WHO - funded programme for
the Federal Ministry of Health on the Needs Assessment, Training Design and
Implementation of Workshops on reducing Incidence of Maternal Death for
Midwives in 24 States of Nigeria from March to November 2002, under the
leadership of Dr. Omololu Odukunle who was the Lead Consultant.
He has participated in several corporate
restructuring and implementation of change management programmes leading to
improved productivity at various companies, while assuring capacity building
for all employees to engender acquisition of skills and capabilities for
sustainable lifetime employment.
He has initiated and implemented several corporate
re-orientation programmes to prepare employees for post-paid employment life in
companies that have implemented Staff redundancy exercises either as a result
of Mergers and Acquisitions, outsourcing of non-core functions, or of Strategic
restructuring. He coordinates Value Chain Analysis studies, assessment and
design, Local Economic Development initiatives, Enterprise-Wide Change
initiatives, Environmental Economics and Sociological aspects of Environmental
Management-based Projects in our Consultancy Practice.
As the Chief Executive Officer of Sustainabiliti
Limited, he has led several teams of Consultants within the past five (5)
years, on Social Safeguards assignments related to Road transportation projects
in Edo, Jigawa, Katsina, Kogi and Lagos States to assess the impacts arising
from development induced land acquisition, displacement, and resettlement with
a view to determine the nature and scale of the impacts, while providing
remedial measures to minimise such impacts through preparation, monitoring and
implementing Resettlement and Rehabilitation Action Plans. He has also been involved
in the implementation of Change Management programmes in various companies
within the past two (2) years.
He is the Chairman of Environmental Harmony Limited.
MRS. Morenike Ohenhen
Morenike, a Human Resource Management Practitioner, has over 3 decades experience in Human Resources and Administration. She is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria and has led several key HR projects.
She worked with two American oil companies (upstream), Texaco Nigeria Limited and Addax Petroleum (then Ashland Oil Nigeria), spanning over 22 years. She coordinated the Training arm of the Total Quality Management Scheme (TQM) for the now Addax Petroleum and was prior to that, a one-time Executive Assistant to three expatriate Managing Directors, where she gained enormous exposure in office administration and business practices. She left in 1999 as Head of Maintenance overseeing a 33-man Maintenance/Administration Team.
After her oil sector exposure, she worked in 3 SME/indigenous companies as General Managers. First, at Design Options Limited, a 30-year old foremost Interior Design firm as the first General Manager, Human Resources & Administration, where she spear-headed the start-up of a non-existent HR department and had oversight responsibilities of a 150-man workforce including factory workers and showroom staff for over 5 years.
She thereafter worked as General Manager of Arksego Nigeria Limited, a leading Security Company in Nigeria, where she had oversight responsibility of all Security operations, general administration, clients and business relationships.
She lastly worked as General Manager of Strategic Outsourcing Limited, a Human Capital and Outsourcing firm as its General Manager until May 2010, after which she now fully operates as an independent Management Training Consultant.
A Volunteer in many fields including the Lagos State Eko Education Project where she teaches ‘Life Skills’ to Lagos State Public Secondary Students at her spare time, the Nigerian Prisons where she publishes a free Newsletter to inmates as well as the Children’s Correctional Centre (Remand Home) among others.
Widely-traveled, she is a frequent Speaker, Facilitator/Resource Person in many executive and church platforms. Morenike is married with 3 children
Gbubemi
currently works as a Freelance Consultant through his firm, Talent &
Enterprise Managers, which is focused on helping companies optimise their HR
and ultimately business functions. He was until recently, Acting Head, Human
Resources at BGL Plc where he was responsible for providing strategic direction
for the HR function. He had previously worked as an HR Consultant with Human Capacity Development Consultants (HCDC)
Limited, and also volunteered as Administrative Secretary for The Pathfinders,
a Not- for Profit youth development group focused on providing career advisory
and personal development information to pre- university students.
‘Gbubemi
graduated from the University
of Ibadan with a degree
in Forest Resources Management. He also holds a Certificate in Strategic Human
Resources Practices from Cornell
University, USA
(eCornell). He is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM),
USA; Community Member of the
Human Capital Institute (HCI) USA;
and Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute for Training and Development
(NITAD). He is currently acquiring skills & experience towards achieving
certification as a life coach having completed the Level 3 Certification Course
in Life Coaching through the NCFE (UK).
He pioneered “The Spirit of Enterprise”
initiative aimed at providing avenues for aspiring and early
stage entrepreneurs to acquire personal empowerment opportunities to develop
and establish their ideas/ businesses. He is actively involved in varied youth
and career development volunteer initiatives, regularly facilitating
developmental programmes for a variety of organisations. He enjoys networking, events planning, counselling,
professional business writing, reading personal empowerment books, and amateur
photography.
